Why be embodied?
In our fast-paced, head-driven culture, many of us live from the neck up — thinking more than sensing, striving instead of resting, reacting instead of attuning. These ways bring about tension, exhaustion and disconnection from our bodies, each other, and the living world. They make us vulnerable to illness and unhealthy relationships.
What this workshop offers
This weekend introduces you to embodiment author and practitioner Philip Shepherd’s Embodied Present Process (TEPP) — a body of work created to help you return to the wisdom of your body.
Through guided somatic practices you will learn:
- A deeper, felt sense of being
- Tools to nurture calm and ease in daily life
- Embodied resources to draw on in challenging moments
- A taste of living from your truth, in harmony with the world
- A path to gradually make this embodied way of living your new normal
- Discounts to join the global TEPP online monthly membership community
The weekend is a safe and resourced space to:
Gently meet stored patterns of tension and reactivity
Support emotional acceptance, allowing and integration
Co-regulate with you to stay grounded, safe and empowered
