Learn the basics of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) with Ron de Brito.

This sessions is an introduction to a 3 week course with Ron called Embodied NVC. More on that here https://bit.ly/EmbodiedNVC.

NVC is an approach to communication developed by conflict resolution specialist Marshall Rosenberg.
It is based on the assumption that all human beings have capacity for compassion and empathy and that people only resort to violence or behaviour harmful to others when they do not recognise more effective strategies for meeting needs.

The more the world is polarised the more important this skill is for building empathy and communication. NVC can be applied to work, relationships, family, home life and even out in public.

In this free session you will learn

▶︎ The principles of NVC
▶︎ How to connect to your human needs behind the stories
▶︎ How to apply NVC to real situations in your life

This online session is interactive, we kindly ask you to only be fully present and engaged when you attend. This helps to keep the quality of the experience high for you and other attendees.

During the longer Embodied NVC course with Ron you will learn how to transform conflicts and difficult conversations at work, in relationships, with family and in public discourse.

Embodied NVC is suitable for individuals, professionals, therapists, entrepreneurs, business owners and anyone interested in learning how to find it easier to have difficult conversations. https://bit.ly/EmbodiedNVC
